Privacy Policy

Our Core Promise
Your files never leave your device. ConvertPivot is architected differently from every other online converter. Every conversion runs locally in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. There is no upload step, no server-side processing, and no cloud storage.
You can verify this yourself: open your browser's Developer Tools, go to the Network tab, and perform any conversion. You will see zero file data transmitted over the network.
What We Collect
Nothing. We do not collect, store, or transmit your files, the contents of your files, or any data derived from your files. We do not require an account, email address, or any personal information to use the tools.
The only data that may be collected is standard anonymized analytics (e.g., page views via our ad provider) which does not include any file content.
Cookies
We do not set any first-party cookies. Third-party ad partners may set cookies for frequency capping and fraud prevention, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or personalization.
Third-Party Services
We display advertisements via standard ad networks. These networks may use cookies and web beacons to serve relevant ads. We do not share any file data or personal information with these networks.
Some tools load third-party libraries via CDN (Content Delivery Network) for client-side processing (e.g., PDF.js, heic2any, marked.js). These libraries run entirely in your browser and do not transmit your data to their servers.
Data Retention
Since files are processed entirely in your browser's memory, no data is retained on any server. Once you close the browser tab or download the result, everything is discarded. No copy exists anywhere.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
